Welcome to the “Sponsor Edge”, a tool kit full of information, sample templates for emails, invoices, power point presentations, videos and more. This repository is designed to assist alumni associations who recruit universities, companies or organizations as sponsors for their region’s conferences or conventions. Sponsorships/partnerships help to sustain your alumni association and create a source of additional scholarships for regional chapters and members.

Tool Kit Contents:

1. Templates: recruitment and other emails, invoice, charge form, W-9 form, payment list, etc.

2. Sample power points and videos for “Rep-Prep” workshops and “Sponsor Welcome” for events

3. Videos from previous Fall Leadership Conferences and Spring Conventions with matching power points

4. Links to NCRAA Newsletters with articles about sponsors
